  • Is PepperTree Cabins suitable for families?

    While Pepper Tree Cabins was primarily designed for singles and couples, we do have a small number of cabins that can accommodate up to 4 people.

  • Do you have a pool or a playground?

    No.  We are happy to provide you with directions to local facilities, all within a short drive.

  • Are pets allowed?

    Sorry, no pets are allowed at PepperTrees. However you are welcome to enjoy the abundant bird life in our native gardens.

  • What type of car parking facilities do you have?

    Each of our cabins has an undercover carport with parking available for one vehicle per cabin and we are located within a security gated complex with guest only access.

    We also have areas for large vehicle parking: trucks, boats and trailers, buses etc.

  • Is PepperTree Cabins wheelchair friendly?

    We have 2 wheelchair accessible with assistance cabins. They have ramp access, an open plan bathroom with shower seat.  Please enquire at the time of booking for availability and to discuss any special needs.  One cabin has a double bed and one cabin has a queen size bed.

  • Is there a Restaurant onsite at PepperTrees?

    No.  All of our cabins have basic cooking facilities.  However there is a great local restaurant “Midnight at the Oasis”  which is only a short stroll (approx 50 metres)  from the Park.

    There is also a courtesy bus service provided by the Kingaroy RSL Club

  • Are there BBQ facilities?

    Yes there is a small BBQ area for guests to enjoy.

  • Is there a guest laundry?

    Yes. We have coin operated washing machines and dryers available for guests to use at all times throughout their stay. We also have a number of clothes lines scattered throughout the park.

  • How far away is the town centre of Kingaroy?

    Only a short distance:  approx 1.5km.

  • What types of payments due you accept?

    Payments can be made securely online at the time of booking or at reception by cash, eftpos or credit (VISA and Mastercard).  We also accept American Express (however a 3% surcharge will apply).  Direct deposit to our bank account is also available.

  • Is smoking allowed?

    No. All of our cabins are strictly non smoking. We do provide ashtrays on the cabin verandahs however the glass door and windows of the cabins must be closed. We also ask that you consider nearby guests if you choose to smoke on the verandah.

  • Is there internet access in the cabins?

    Yes. Wifi is available in all of our cabins. Please advise reception and we will provide you with the password for access. This is a free service provided to our guests.

  • Do we have to bring our own linen?

    No. All the beds are provided with linen and towels.

  • Are the cabins air-conditioned?

    Yes. All of our cabins have split system reverse cycle airconditioners in the living area of the cabin. The windows and doors have security screens so that you can also enjoy the beautiful summer breezes!

  • Is there a DVD in the cabin?

    Yes. We have an arrangement with the local Civic Video store for discounted movie rentals for our guests and we also have a small DVD collection at reception.

  • Do the cabins have a telephone connection?

    No.

  • Do the cabins have an iron & ironing board?

    No. We do have a number of irons and boards available. If you would like one,  just let us know and we will leave it in the cabin for you.

  • What time is check in?

    Check in is from 2.00pm. If you would like an earlier check in it may be possible. Please call us to discuss.

  • What time is check out?

    The departure time is 10.00am. If you require a later departure please advise us at check in and we will let you know if it is possible.

  • What if we won’t be there to check in before reception closes at 7pm?

    This is usually no problem. Please contact our office to make prior arrangements for a late check in. (Accommodation must be paid for prior to arrival).
