By accessing this website, you agree to accept, without limitation or criterion, all of these terms and conditions of use.
All reservations made at PepperTree Cabins are made subject to these terms and conditions and the person making the reservation will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions of behalf of all persons who will be staying or using the facilities at PepperTree Cabins under the reservation.
You agree that you will make only legitimate reservations in good faith for use by you and your invited guests only, and not for other purposes, including without limitation, reselling, impermissibly assigning or posting on third party websites, or making speculative, false or fraudulent reservations, or any reservation in anticipation of demand.
Website Availability
PepperTree Cabins website is accessible worldwide to anyone with internet access. However, the site may not be continuously available due to maintenance or repairs or due to computer problems or crashes, disruption in internet service or other unforeseen circumstances.
Guarantee Policy
A valid credit card is required at time of making a reservation via the PepperTree Cabins website as well as on check-in.
Payments
A valid credit card MUST be presented on check-in to PepperTree Cabins. Payments may be made by credit card or by cash or EFTPOS.
Please note that if you are settling your account with an American Express Card a surcharge of 3% will apply.
You agree that any charges for services to you, not billed at the time of your departure, may be added to your account for settlement as arranged or may be charged to the same credit card used to pay the account at the time of departure or to the credit card used to guarantee payment of your account.
Rates and Charges
You agree that you will pay to us the room rate for each day of your stay and any additional charges up until the time you advise us that you have departed from PepperTree Cabins.
All prices are quoted in Australian dollars per room per night and are inclusive of GST.
Prices are subject to availability and can change without notification during to fluctuations in charges.
Blackout/special event periods may apply.
Reservation, Amendment and Cancellation Policy
All reservations are subject to availability. PepperTree Cabins is not responsible for communication failures, errors, difficulties or other malfunctions or lost, stolen or misdirected transactions, transmissions, messages or entries on or in connection with the website. PepperTree Cabins is not responsible for any incorrect information associated with any transaction or transmission on or to the website, regardless of whether such incident is the result of user error, system error or human error. PepperTree Cabins reserves the right to impose a cancellation fee. For any booking that requires payment on check-in to PepperTree Cabins, the booking must be cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations after this time or for a no-show are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 1 night of the stay which will be charged to the credit card provided. A no-show is when you do not check-in on the night of your booking reservation. Should you wish to amend a reservation, PepperTree Cabins will not be liable should it fail to provide its products and services due to unavailability. In the event that PepperTree Cabins, for reasons beyond its control, need to reject or change a confirmed reservation we will use all reasonable attempts to facilitate the circumstances, however if not alternative is provided to you, PepperTree Cabins will return any deposit made and consider it cancelled. This is the limit of PepperTree Cabins liability.
Check In
Standard check-in time is 2.00pm. You must advise us of any change in the number of persons using the room and agree to pay any additional charges for additional persons not included in the number stated at the time of reservation.
Check Out
Standard check-out time is 10.00am. Departure after that time may incur an additional charge.
Minors
Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Additional adults or children from 2 – 18 years will be charged at $15 per night where there is provision for additional bedding.

General
These terms and conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Nothing in these terms and conditions affect any rights you may have and which by law cannot be excluded, including under the Competition and Consumer Action 2010 (Cth) and under State and Territory consumer protection legislation.
Privacy
We adhere to the National Privacy Principle relating to the collection, use and disclosure of personal information. Your acceptance of PepperTree Cabins offer of accommodation and/or to use its facilities is on the terms and conditions outlined above.
